1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bc33 ("bc33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at bc33.onl. Where multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, bc33 reserves the right to close all such accounts, forfeit any bonus funds held within them, and in cases of clear fraud, forfeit all real-money balances pending investigation.

You may be required to provide supporting documents — including but not limited to a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, utility bill or bank statement — before making a withdrawal or at any other time at bc33's discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the bc33 platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. bc33 makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. By accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and legal responsibility.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Credentials

Your bc33 username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you have authorised that activity. bc33 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to enhance account security.

3.2 Account Funding

Your bc33 account may only be funded with money that belongs to you and that has been obtained through lawful means. bc33 does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties. Any attempt to fund an account using funds obtained through illegal activity or belonging to another person will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. bc33 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳150 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, provided that the applicable balance shall not be reduced below zero. Players will be notified via their registered email address before dormancy fees are applied.

3.4 Account Closure Requests

You may request the closure of your bc33 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bc33 will process any remaining real-money balance (subject to pending wagering requirements being satisfied) and close the account within a reasonable period. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

5.4 Promotional Changes

bc33 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion and begun satisfying its conditions at the time of any such change will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, where reasonably practicable.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets
